Our Shire Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the Month.

Union Canal Days Demo | May 17th
Where: Union Canal Tunnel Park South, 25th and Union Canal Drive, Lebanon, PA 17046
Set Up starts Friday night:
The participant entrance for access to the field is off of N. 25th Street just north of Hanford Drive. Site is a field with steps and a ramp to reach food vendors, privies, and public parking.
Saturday:
We hope to have a small tournament for fighters and fencers. This is all dependent on turn out. If you have a shield for a shield tree, please bring it with you!
If you would like to display an A&S Project, we will ensure that you have room. Please reach out to us before the event to secure a spot.
Sunday:
We will provide brunch for any campers or members that stay to Sunday to show our appreciation.
Site is Dry. Also, there is no access to wash water.

About the Shire
We learn about the cultures pre-1700s by recreating them! Some of the things we do are:
- Making and wearing pre-1700’s clothing
- Painting, calligraphy, embroidery
- Cooking (and eating) medieval foods
- Archery and Thrown Weapons
- Fencing, Fighting and Siege Weapons!
We welcome everyone to our events and activities!
Our Shire was founded in 1987 and from that time we have grown our Archery and Thrown Weapons communities and our Arts and Sciences Communities! If you’re interested in jumping in, please send the corresponding officer an email (found on our Meet Our Officers page)!
